Customs Affairs signs accords to reinforce trade services
As part of the World Customs Day celebrations, the Customs Affairs has signed nine agreements with the authorities concerned. Customs President Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa represented the Customs Affairs in signing those agreements with the ministries of Works, Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning; Commerce; Industry and Tourism; Information; Health; as well as the Information and e-Government Authority, the Supreme Council for Environment, the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, the National Health Regulatory Authority and the Bahrain Institute for Pearls and Gemstones.
The Customs Affairs affirmed that the agreements aimed to reinforce Bahrain’s trade services and the performance of its logistics sector.
