President of Customs chairs a GCC meeting
His Excellency President of Customs Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa has chaired the 26th online meeting of the Gulf Customs Union.
The meeting was attended by members of the union and the Assistant Secretary for Economic Affairs and Development of the Gulf Cooperation Council General Secretariat.
He welcomed the attendees, asserting the importance of continuing efforts to reinforce joint Gulf operations by setting unified customs, trade and economic systems.
The meeting reviewed topics on the agenda, including the unified customs law and the development of customs procedures.
