1 Request to specify the Harmonized System code for each type of goods
2 Requesting information from the record holder or stakeholders
3 Request to issue a replacement for lost or damaged customs documents
4 Request a non-paper copy of the unified customs tariff
5 Request to open an Ofoq user account
6 Examination with a fixed X-ray machine
7 X-Ray machine examination of goods outside the customs office
