Customs president commends King Fahd Bridge staff for swift travel processi ...

Manama, Sept. 12 (BNA): Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa, President of Customs and Vice Chairman of the King Fahd Causeway Authority (KFCA) Board, made a visit to inspect the King Fahd Causeway, accompanied by Yousef bin Ibrahim Al Abdan, CEO of the King Fahd Causeway Authority, and senior Customs officials.

The customs president reviewed the facilities and inspected the operations of customs sections and departments on the Bahraini side of the causeway.

President of Customs chairs Bahrain’s delegation in GCC meeting

Riyadh, Sept. 9 (BNA): Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the President of Customs, chaired Bahrain’s delegation in the 10th meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Customs Union Authority in Riyadh.

The most important procedures and steps for completing the implementation of the Gulf Customs Union and the minutes and reports of the technical committees and working groups were reviewed.

The meeting ended with the issuance of several recommendations.
