Under the patronage of His Excellency Customs President Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa, an ceremony was held on Sunday to honour the participants in a training course on the service level agreement (SLA). Organised from April 22 to 30 in cooperation with the Orient Middle East Company, the course was attended by 23 Customs Affairs employees.
The Customs President affirmed the dedication of the Customs Affairs to improve the efficiency of its personnel to reach the highest level of performance. He also praised the organisers of the course meant to train national trainers so they would enrich the services of the Customs Training Institute. At the end of the event, certificates were distributed among the participants and the attendees.
The ceremony was also attended by the CEO of the Orient Middle East Company and Customs officials.
