On the occasion of the honouring of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister for authorities that achieved excellence in the National Suggestion & Complaint system “Tawasul”, including the Customs Affairs. His Excellency President of Customs, Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa received the Tawasul team of the Customs Affairs, in the presence of directors-general and directors.
He conveyed the congratulation of HRH the Crown Prince and His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa. He expressed thanks and appreciation to the Information & eGovernment Authority for their cooperation in achieving this milestone.
He said that opening new channels to receive views and comments of clients is the best wat to develop customs services. He congratulated the winning authorities and wished them all the best. He stressed the dedication to continue efforts to achieve more service-related accomplishments.
