President of Customs receives EDB Chief Executive
His Excellency President of Customs, Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa received on Sunday Chief Executive of the Economic Development Board (EDB) Khalid Ibrahim Humaidan.
During the meeting, he hailed EDB's economic programmes and initiatives to promote investments in Bahrain and achieve the goals of Bahrain Economic Vision 2030 launched by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He praised the role of EDB in backing the national economy through its promotional programmes to attract investments in various fields. The EDB Chief Executive expressed thanks and appreciation to the Customs President, lauding continuous cooperation between both sides.
